Class Benefits
Water aerobic classes meet year-round, allowing participants to join at any time. You will benefit from this class because it is a:
- Fat-burning, metabolism-raising exercise program that tones and strengthens the entire body
- Good cardio workout for burning fat and lowering blood pressure and cholesterol
- Water resistance workout that will tone muscles and build bones

Schedules
Early riser classes are limited-time exercising periods, meaning they are 30-minute classes of intensity / interval workouts. Please arrive five minutes early to sign in and warm up. All classes will be at the indoor aquatic center unless otherwise noted.
