Former Parking Lot to be Redeveloped as Professional Office

Former SC Clinic Parking Lot

A parcel of land once used as a parking lot for the former Sioux Center medical clinic along Highway 75 is being sold to be the new home for a chiropractic office.

The city council approved selling the parcel just south of the corner of 7th Street SW and Highway 75 after holding a public hearing on the proposed sale at this week’s council meeting.

“It’s great to see local professional offices expanding, and we’re happy to facilitate that growth and the redevelopment of an area along Highway 75,” said Sioux Center Development Director Dennis Dokter. “This is a good fit for that area, where we see future potential for commercial and professional office-type growth.”

The parcel is just south of the former hospital site, which has been prepared for redevelopment along Highway 75.
