Recreational gymnastics is the base of our program. Kids starting from age 3 are welcome to come in once a week during a session to learn age and ability appropriate gymnastic skills. Classes range in time from 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes, depending on skill level. Children are placed initially in classes based on age but may change level based on abilities. During classes, students are evaluated on specific skills which, when completed, enables the gymnast to advance to a higher level.
