Membership Policies

Membership & Member Card Policy

There is no transfer of memberships. Member Check-In. Admission will not be granted unless member card is presented at the time of admission. If member card is not presented at admission, daily admission or a replacement card (cost for replacement card is $5) will be required.

Family and 1 plus 1 memberships are available for only immediate family members living in the same household. Individuals 21 years of age, or individuals who have earned a College B.A. but are under 21 years of age, are considered their own household/family. Babysitters and visiting relatives are not immediate family members. Photo ID. Members 5 years of age and older will be identified by a member card and profile photo taken by ASC staff at the time of membership purchase. Members under the age of 5 will still be given a member card however, a photo is not required. Photos are not used for anything other than ASC identification purposes. Photos will be re-taken every 3 years. 

Payment Policy

All ASC memberships are to be paid in full at the time of membership purchase unless membership is being paid via direct withdrawal from member's bank account. Monthly Membership Payments. ASC's memberships may be paid by electronic funds transfer (EFT). The ASC membership price at the time of purchase will be divided by the number of months remaining in said membership and the price withdrawn from the bank account. Due to insufficient funds said membership will be cancelled and will remain cancelled until cash payment(s) in full is received by ASC office.
