Responsibilities
The Sioux Center Board of Adjustment consists of 5 members appointed by the City Council. The board conducts administrative reviews to hear and decide appeals where it is alleged that there is error in any order, requirement, decision or determination of the Zoning Ordinance. The board also hears and makes decisions on special exception and variance requests.
