The Social Security toll-free number is (800) 277-1213. You can speak to a representative from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm on business days. At other times, an automated service is available. A recorded message will tell you how to leave your name and address, so they can complete your request.

Community Rooms
The senior activity room is now available for use at the All Seasons Center. This room can be used by community seniors for social gatherings, games and other activities or just to get together for coffee.

Two party rooms at The New Homestead are available for rental for group gatherings of 100 people or less. A stove and refrigerator are available and a fee is charged per room. Call (712) 722-2237 for more information.

• Swimming is available for community seniors every Monday and Thursday from 12:00 to 1:00 pm at the All Seasons Center. Cost is $1. 
• The library offers complete library services to anyone who is housebound. You can call the library at (712) 722-2138 for home deliveries. On a regular schedule, a librarian also visits:
  • Crown Pointe 
  • Franken Manor
  • The New Homestead 
  • Regency Retirement Residence
  • Royale Meadows Health Center
