All Seasons Center Financial Assistance Program

The City of Sioux Center recognizes that some residents and residents of the surrounding area may require financial assistance to become members at the All Seasons Center. A financial assistance program has been established for those who qualify.  Anyone interested in this program is welcome!  Below are instructions to begin the program.

  1. Stop by the Mid Sioux Opportunity, Inc. offices in Sioux Center located at 313 N. Main Ave. Phone number (712) 722-3611.
  2. You must bring your taxes or 3 months of check stubs along with you.
  3. Mid Sioux will work with you and your income to determine what amount you will be responsible to pay to have an annual ASC membership. 
  4. Mid Sioux will give you documents to bring to the All Seasons Center office so that your membership process can be completed and your membership started. Please come during our regular office hours which are Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.
